- Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect, such as differences in appearance or mistaken orders. Please understand this before making a purchase.
2. Reporting Issues
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, take a photo before opening it.
- If the product inside is damaged or defective, take clear photos and send them to us via the Contact Us page on our website within 10 days of delivery.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
- Once we receive and verify your claim, we will process a refund or replacement within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
4. Special Cases
- For international orders, customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
